On Saturday, October 11, 2008 Naterra Land celebrated the Grand Opening of the final two Settlements at Voyageurs Retreat at Giants Ridge. New lake view homesites and large acreage (20+ acres each) parcels are now available in the Portage and White Tail Settlements! Select lake access and lakeshore homesites are still available.
